Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift
If you want a well developed hamstring it is time to consider performing the Romanian deadlift using your dumbbells. Usually this kind of exercise will enhance your core strength and uplift your muscle growth. If you are thinking of this kind of an exercise, using your dumbbells simply stand with your feet-hip apart, toes facing forward, and the dumbbells at your side. Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch

Dumbbell Front Squat

Dumbbell Side Lunge
Lunges are very effective in developing your hamstrings. In fact they are one of the best body weight training exercises that will prove so ideal in developing muscle growth. Standing with your feet apart, and a pair of dumbbells at your side, take a big step to the side with one of your feet and move the dumbbells straight to the floor so that your chest rests above your knee.
